You’ve completed your MSW and hold your Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW). Now you need supervised clinical experience that’s both meaningful and sustainable. I offer individual clinical supervision for LLMSW candidates in Michigan, grounded in the clinical work at the heart of my own practice.

• LLMSW candidates building hours toward LMSW clinical licensure

• Social workers new to clinical practice who want steady, skilled guidance

• Bilingual and bicultural clinicians, including those working with Latine and immigrant communities

• Clinicians in agency or private practice settings

• Case consultation on your current caseload, with attention to diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation

• Support building competence in evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR (in training)

• Guidance on culturally responsive care, language access, and working across cultural differences with humility

• Ethical decision-making, boundaries, and professional identity development

• Preparation for licensing requirements and documentation of supervised hours

Blanca Escalante, LMSW-Clinical

Blanca is a Licensed Master Social Worker with Clinical designation (LMSW-Clinical) in Michigan, with a BSW and MSW from Western Michigan University. Her clinical work focuses on trauma, anxiety, and care for children, families, and BIPOC clients across case management, clinical, and supervisory roles.

Her background also includes macro social work. She has served as Director of a large nonprofit responsible for oversight of federal grants in foster care and residential services. In 2026, she founded Sol Therapy Group, a bilingual outpatient practice in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Blanca brings both direct clinical experience and the administrative side of running services. That combination helps supervisees see how clinical work fits into a larger system.

• Format: Individual or small-group supervision, in person (Kalamazoo or within 45 miles) or virtual

• Schedule: 4 hours per month, either 1 hour weekly or 2 hours biweekly, based on your needs and availability

• Rate: $100 per hour, with a sliding scale available based on need

• Documentation: Supervision contract and hour-tracking documentation provided monthly.
